All bedrooms have bedside cabinets and lamps, and the comfortable beds are made up with 400 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and pillowcases and duck down duvets. An Egyptian cotton bath towel and hand towel are provided for each guest together with a range of soaps. Each bed place has two pillows, one of which is duck down, the other, fibre. All bedrooms have USB charging points next to the beds. Up to two travel cots are available upon request.
On the first floor Lynmouth is the dual aspect master suite furnished in luxury French style “Louis Philippe” furniture. It has a super-king bed, a lovely original tiled fireplace, and faces the front of the house. It also has its own en-suite bathroom comprising of a full size bath with hand shower, as well as a separate walk-in shower with fixed head and hand shower, and a large vanity unit, all tiled in “tumbled travertine”.

Lynton is the second dual aspect bedroom on this floor also facing the front of the house, and is furnished in Victorian style with a with a “Bed knobs and Broomsticks” style king-size bed, and the original Victorian wash basin. Here can be found another pretty original tiled fireplace.
Both the large front bedrooms are fitted with sound proofed safety glazing.

The third bedroom on this level, Bilbook is furnished with traditional farmhouse/creamery furniture and has an en-suite shower-room with WC and vanity unit. Because this bedroom is almost entirely enclosed by inside walls, it makes it the cosiest room in the house, with views onto the garden

Woodcombe is the last bedroom on this floor and is made up as a twin with two comfortable 3ft divan beds. Because of its views across the rooftops to the sea and the Welsh coast beyond, it is decorated in a nautical theme.

The bathroom has been fitted out in a Victorian style with monochrome metro tiling, a tin bath with rainwater shower over. There is also a basin and a period towel rail.

Up and away from it all on the second floor and in the rafters is Dunster. Another super-king bedroom but with rustic painted furniture, there are views across to parts of Exmoor. This bedroom can also be configured as a twin if required

Ideal for a young family, Selworthy has a king-size bed and a single day bed. With views from on-high across to the sea and the Welsh coast, North Hill comes into view from the left, and from the right the golf course and away towards Dunster Marsh.

And finally, Porlock is a charming single bedroom from which North Hill and the historic St. Michael's church can be seen.
